Our pricing is structured as followes:

• We offer a flat rate for each SMS irrespective of destination network.
• There are no set up fees or reccurring monthly costs.
• The unit cost per SMS goes lower with you purchase more SMS.
• Our prices are Vat Inclusive.
• There are no extra costs. You only pay for the SMS you use.
• There are three payment options: Prepaid, Postpaid and LPO Option.

This payment option is designed for clients who prefer a pay-as-you-go approach. With the prepaid option, you have the flexibility to purchase SMS credits in advance and have them loaded into your account.

As you send SMS messages, the credits are deducted from your balance. When your credits run out, you can simply purchase more to continue using the service.

Unlike other payment options, the prepaid option does not require a formal commercial agreement. It offers a convenient and straightforward way to manage your SMS usage without any long-term commitments.

Instead of purchasing SMS credits in advance, you can freely use the SMS service throughout the month without worrying about credit balance. At the end of the billing cycle, you will receive an invoice detailing the total number of SMS messages sent and the corresponding charges.

This payment option is ideal for clients with regular SMS usage patterns and who prefer the flexibility of monthly billing. It allows for easier monitoring of usage and simplifies the payment process through a consolidated monthly invoice. Depending on the agreement, a commercial contract may be required to establish the terms and conditions for this payment option.

Enterprise Purchase Option. This payment option is designed for large-scale organizations and businesses that require high-volume SMS messaging. To qualify, you must be a registered and legally recognized company or organization.

No Formal Agreement Required. This payment arrangement eliminates the need for a formal agreement between your organization and Intouch Communications Ltd. It offers a streamlined and hassle-free process for purchasing SMS credits and using our services.

Credit Top-up via Purchase Order. To add credits to your account, simply submit a Purchase Order specifying the desired number of SMS credits. Once received, your account will be promptly topped up with the requested SMS credits, allowing you to continue using our services seamlessly.

A tax invoice will be generated for your records, detailing the payment amount and providing necessary documentation for accounting purposes.
